Our Process

We survey the parcel and confirm elevations, strip and stockpile the good topsoil, then move earth with dozers and excavators to balance cut and fill. Structural fill goes in controlled lifts, each one compacted and checked with a density gauge. Finally we set finish grade to the plan, verify drainage slopes, and hand off a clean, buildable pad ready for footings.
