Why Grubbing Matters

Cutting trees at ground level is only half the job. Stumps and roots left in place decay over the years, leaving voids that cause a pad or driveway to sink unevenly. Grubbing extracts that material below grade so the subgrade is clean and stable. On a wooded China Spring acreage, that step is what turns a lot into a buildable site.

Our Process

We walk the parcel, flag anything to be saved, and confirm the 811 locate before equipment rolls in. Excavators and skid steers take down and pile the vegetation, then we grub stumps and roots and either mulch the material on site or load it into dump trucks for haul off. The result is a cleared, gradeable surface ready for the next stage.
